Caregiver Concierge: provides members with premium, full-service support from a dedicated, expert Care Team, develops personalized Care Plans with a focus on solutions, and offers ongoing assistance that adapts to changing circumstances for as long as you need.

Alternative Medicine: Members save 10% to 30% on health and wellness needs with over 35 specialties and 35,000 practitioners nationwide. Whether they need to reduce stress, relieve migraines or quit smoking, alternative medicine can help. Includes Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, Biofeedback, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology, and more.

Funeral Services: 10% savings on all funeral or cremation products and services selected at Dignity Memorial affiliated funeral homes. 10% savings on cemetery interment rights, products, and services through Dignity Memorial affiliated cemeteries.

Tax Hotline: Free tax return preparation and year-round support. Tax experts provide advice, planning and audit assistance so your members avoid mistakes, penalties and interest. Advice from tax attorneys, financial analysts, CPA's, former auditors and/or Enrolled Agents certified by the IRS.

NBDeals: NB Deals is members’ one-stop-shop for exclusive discounts from over 40 different categories across 500+ merchants. Discounted items include: Food and beverage delivery, financial and educational services, home goods and home office supplies, attractions, shows, concerts, and sporting events.

NB Rx: Members save 10% to 85% on most prescriptions at 60,000 retail pharmacies nationwide. Participating retail pharmacies include Walgreens, Target, CVS, and many other independent, national, and regional chains. Members find the best deal by comparing prescription prices at participating pharmacies through the mobile app or web portal; members can then text or email their prescription price to easily cash in their savings at the pharmacy.
